Product Pipeline Repair

Customers should send the products directly to our company’s customer service. After Customer Service personnel receive the shipment, they will repair the product and send it out within 48 hours on working days.

Products can be sent to the original physical store where they were purchased (recommended only within the warranty period. Stores outside the warranty will charge a delivery fee).
If purchased on an e-commerce platform or out of warranty, please send it directly to the PX Service Center.
